G7 meeting

Hosted by MEMA of the United States, the G7 meeting, a meeting of the heads of auto parts industry associations from seven countries/regions - Brazil, Canada, the EU, India, Japan, Mexico and the United States - has been taking place since 2017 to exchange information and opinions. 

MEMA hosted its first meeting in January 2017 to coincide with the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas, USA. The second meeting was held in March 2018 in conjunction with the Geneva Motor Show in Geneva, Switzerland. The third meeting was held in conjunction with the Human and Automotive Technology Exhibition Yokohama 2019 in Japan, and the subsequent fourth meeting was held in conjunction with the Auto Expo in New Delhi in India in February 2020.
